2. In recent years organisations have faced massive disruption and we’ve seen the importance of change management for organizations to operate post covid. What are some of the practices that we, as leaders, should implement to ensure change can take place successfully at work?

3. We continually see quotes that 70% of change and transformation programs fail due to poor strategy, execution or other reasons. What is your 5-step approach to leadership alignment and how can we, as leaders, help in aligning organizational goals with the employees' goals?
