I started to design my new Change Management Gamification - CMExec Workshop after I published Leadership of Change Volume 3 - Change Management Handbook last August. Unfortunately due really enjoyable work experience, global travel and speaking events I had to slow down the realise date. However with Covid-19 lockdown I was able to progress this on a nearly full-time basis.

My fourth book, Change Management Gamification Leadership - Leadership of ChangeĀ® Volume A has just been completed (includes case study, characters and the change management tactics), and both the board and scoreboards have been designed. I am ready to go to market with this offering both to private clients and public offering.

"Change waits for no leader and the skills required for leading day-to-day operations are very different to change leadership"

Change Management Gamification Leadership - Leadership of ChangeĀ® Volume A

About Volume A:Ā Volume A isĀ a fascinating change management implementation simulation that offers leadership teams and leaders of changeĀ® experiential learning in a safe environment. This enables them to learn, test and reflect on their change leadership capability and skills.

Gamification Objective:Ā During theĀ simulation the change leaders (in theirĀ teams) will focusĀ on how they can achieve the balanceĀ between normal day-to-day operationsĀ and delivering successful change and employee adoption of a new IT system. They will assess, select and implement their chosenĀ change tactics through three simulationĀ change phases: Plan, Execute and Sustain.Ā They will be scored on how successfulĀ their tactics were in implementingĀ successful change.
