We have developed a Quality Management System based on the requirements of ISO9001:2015 and incorporating both OHSAS1800:2007 and ISO14001:2004.


Our company places high emphasis on continually improving its processes and products to exceed the requirements of customers.

Ensuring all employees are responsible for quality, with a single point of accountability

Monitoring our quality performance at internal monthly management reviews and implementing improvements, as appropriate

~ Ensuring that quality standards are achieved and measured while implementing improvements, as appropriate

Adopting leading practices, the principles of ‘Process Management’ and building on our culture of continuous improvement

Providing a learning environment where the growth and development of employees is actively encouraged and supported

~ Providing ongoing training and communication with employees to ensure all policies are understood and implemented

~ Hiring or subcontracting people with a proven high skill level in areas of expertise that match the services requested by clients

~ Resolving any issue as soon as possible, should we fail to understand or meet client expectations
